Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia 2024

Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia is one of the largest triathlon competitions in Central and Eastern Europe. Athletes from dozens of countries around the world take part in the competition every year.

The competition is held over the IRONMAN 70.3 distance. The competitors have to swim 1.9 km in the Bay of Gdańsk, then a 90-kilometer hilly cycling route leading through Kashubia, and finally a 21-kilometer run through the streets of Gdynia full of fans.

In previous years, the competition included Jan Frodeno, Daniela Ryf, Patrick Lange, Timothy O'Donnell, Mirinda Carfrae, Boris Stein, Nils Frommhold and top Polish competitors.

Route length: swim 1.9 km, bike 90 km, run 21.1 km

Start and finish: City Beach in Gdynia

Start date/time: August 4, 2024, 9:30 (rolling start)

Swimming route: Gdańsk Bay

Bicycle route: 1 loop around Kashubia and the streets of Gdynia

Running route: Gdynia Street and Nadmorski Boulevard (2 loops)

Time limit: 8 hours
