ABOUT US

The tenement house at 17 Świętojańska Street was built between 1927 and 1928. Initially, it housed the legendary restaurant and café - "Grand Cafe", which was said to be "the most modern café in Gdynia." Later, the building was owned by the Municipal Savings Bank of the City of Gdynia. The history of the place was described by Arkadiusz Brzęczek in his book "Secrets of Gdynia’s Tenements IV", published in 2021.
